Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026
Last updated: September 1, 2026

Proxigee Services, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Proxigee Services, LLC is an AI consulting firm based in Wexford, Pennsylvania, founded in 2017. We help small and midsize businesses put AI to work inside the systems they already run. For the purposes of European and United Kingdom data protection law, Proxigee Services, LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • Your use of www.proxigeeservices.com
  • Inquiries you send us through the contact form, by email, or by phone
  • Meetings you book through our online scheduler
  • Conversations through the chat window on our site
  • Your interactions with the Proxigee Services company page on LinkedIn

This policy does not cover client engagement work. If you become a Proxigee client, the data we handle inside that engagement, including anything about your business, your systems, or your employees, is governed by the confidentiality and services agreements we sign with you. Those agreements control, and nothing in this policy reduces the protections in them.

This policy also does not cover other companies' websites. See “Links to other sites” below.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your company name if you provide one, the services you indicate you are interested in, and the message you write. The form does not ask for a phone number.

When you book a meeting through our scheduler, you provide your details directly to HubSpot, which operates the booking page on its own website.

When you use the chat window, we receive whatever you type into it.

When you email [email protected] or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

When you comment on, react to, follow, or message our LinkedIn company page, we see what LinkedIn shows us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected without you entering it:

  • Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site performs. These collect the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, your device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location by region. They do not use cookies. Vercel derives a rotating daily identifier from your IP address and browser details rather than storing your IP for analytics.
  • Server logs. Vercel, which hosts our site, processes your IP address and request details in order to deliver pages to you and to keep the service secure and reliable.
  • HubSpot tracking. Our HubSpot script runs on every page and sets cookies that track your visits over time. If you later submit our contact form, HubSpot can associate that submission with the pages you viewed before it. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below for the specifics.
  • Anti-spam checks. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. When you submit the form, we send Cloudflare your IP address along with the challenge result so it can complete that check. This is the one place where we deliberately pass your IP address to another company.

Information from other sources

We may receive aggregate statistics about our LinkedIn company page from LinkedIn, such as how many people viewed a post and the general profile of that audience. These are aggregate figures, not a list of individuals.

Before or during a business conversation, we may look at publicly available information about your company, such as your website, public filings, or your public LinkedIn profile.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. These are the cookies set when you use our site:

CookieSet byWhat it does
hubspotutkHubSpotRecognizes you across visits and links a later form submission to your earlier browsing on our site
__hstcHubSpotMain analytics cookie. Records your first visit, most recent visit, and visit count
__hsscHubSpotTracks your current browsing session
__hssrcHubSpotNotes whether you restarted your browser
__cf_bm, cf_clearanceCloudflareSupport the bot check on our contact form. These appear on the home page when the form loads

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Meta Pixel, and no ad network code anywhere on this site.

We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, and our HubSpot script loads on every page without asking first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts. If you block HubSpot's cookies, the site still works. The chat window may not.

Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, and our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
  • Schedule, prepare for, and hold conversations with you
  • Deliver, maintain, secure, and improve the website
  • Understand in aggregate how people find and use the site
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraud
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not send marketing email. If you contact us, we reply to you. We do not add you to a newsletter or an automated email sequence. If we ever offer one, it will be something you choose to sign up for, and every message will carry a way to unsubscribe.

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:

What we are doingLegal basis
Responding to your inquiry and arranging a conversationTaking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us
Operating, securing, and maintaining the websiteOur legitimate interest in running a safe and functional site
Understanding aggregate site usageOur legitimate interest in improving what we publish and offer
Setting non-essential cookies where consent is requiredYour consent, which you can withdraw through your browser settings
Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligationsCompliance with a legal obligation

Who else sees your information

We use three service providers that receive personal data. We do not sell your information to anyone.

  • HubSpot provides our customer relationship management, the chat window, the meeting scheduler, and the website tracking described above. Contact form submissions, chat conversations, and meeting bookings are stored in HubSpot.
  • Cloudflare provides the bot protection on our contact form and receives your IP address and challenge result when you submit it.
  • Vercel hosts the website and provides our analytics, and processes IP addresses and request logs in the course of serving pages.

Each of these companies acts on our behalf under its own terms and data protection commitments, and is not permitted to use your information for its own unrelated purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case we will require the receiving party to honor this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other state privacy laws.

AI and your data

We do not use information collected through this website to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not provide it to any third party to train theirs.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you, to understand how the site performs and to improve our services.

Social media

We operate a company page on LinkedIn. If you follow it, comment on a post, react to one, or send us a message there, LinkedIn processes that activity under LinkedIn's own privacy policy, which we do not control and cannot change. We can see what LinkedIn shows us, and we may keep and respond to messages you send us.

LinkedIn also gives us aggregate statistics about our page. Under European and United Kingdom data protection law, LinkedIn and Proxigee act as joint controllers for those page statistics. LinkedIn carries primary responsibility for that processing and for responding to requests about it, and you can exercise your rights directly with LinkedIn or with us.

If you would rather not interact with us through a social platform, the contact form, email, and phone all reach us just as well.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires us to. Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are not kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and how to do that is in the next section.

How we protect information

The site is served over an encrypted connection. The contact form is protected by a bot check and a spam trap. Our website does not store personal information itself, so what we hold sits with the established providers named above, under their security programs.

No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to notify you, we will.

Your privacy rights

We extend these rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live.

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Give you a copy of it
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose

If you are in California or another United States state with a privacy law, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and the other states with comparable laws, you also have the rights those laws grant you. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser experience because you exercised a privacy right. Where the law allows it, you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to ask us to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, and promptly in any case. We may need to ask you a question or two to confirm you are who you say you are. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Children's privacy

Our website and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States by us and by the providers named above. Privacy laws in the United States differ from those in other countries and may offer different protections.

If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to the United States. Our providers offer contractual safeguards for those transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum to them.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other places, including our meeting scheduler on HubSpot's website, our LinkedIn pages, and sources we cite in our writing. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not apply once you leave ours. Their privacy policies do.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page. Visiting the site after a change means the updated policy applies to you.
