For more than 30 years I have helped companies put complex new technology to work. I started as a chemical engineer at Air Products, then spent decades carrying enterprise systems into businesses at FreeMarkets, Ariba, SmartOps, SAP, and Argano.
That work taught me what actually makes new technology succeed inside a company. It is rarely the software. It is the integration, the discipline, and the people who have to live with it every day.

Will Simmons brings more than thirty years leading complex operations across military and corporate environments. A United States Naval Academy graduate and Marine Corps veteran, he learned early that outcomes depend on disciplined execution and people who trust the plan. He carried that operating standard into the corporate world, including leadership at TD SYNNEX, where the stakes moved from the field to the supply chain and the boardroom.
At Proxigee he leads strategic services, pairing that discipline with deep expertise in augmented intelligence, agentic workflows, and human-plus-AI transformation. He helps clients turn AI capability into results their teams can actually run. He is also COO and co-founder of Autarko, a Proxigee software partner building the infrastructure for companies to own their AI rather than rent it.
